ORDER ISSUES

How do I cancel an order?

Email us at info@hpdrx.com to request a cancellation. If your order was just placed, we’ll do our best to cancel it before it is processed. Please keep in mind that once your order has been packaged for shipment, we won’t be able to cancel it.

How do I update my shipping address on an order that processed?

If you realize that the wrong shipping address was entered on your order, email us at info@hpdrx.com as soon as possible. We may be able to update the order with the correct address if it has not been packaged for shipment yet.

How do I edit an order that processed?

Email us at info@hpdrx.com if you’d like to request changes to an order that has already been processed. We may be able to update the order if it has not been packaged for shipment yet.

How do I track my order?

To track your HPD Rx order, simply go to our tracking page and enter your order number and email address.

My tracking link hasn’t updated yet. Why?

It may take up to 24 hours for your tracking link to update with new information. Please allow 1-2 days for an estimated date of arrival to appear. If you still don’t see any updates after two business days, you can email us at info@hpdrx.com and we’ll track down your package to make sure it’s on its way.

I never received a shipping confirmation email or tracking information.

If you did not receive an email conformation from us, please check your spam folder. If you have your order number, you can check the status of your package on our tracking page. If you’re still having issues tracking your order, please email us at info@hpdrx.com and we’ll locate your package and provide more details on the estimated date of arrival.

My order never arrived.

If your order did not arrive, go to our tracking page and enter your order number and email address. If it says that the package has been delivered but you don’t see it at your home, try checking with your neighbors to see if it was delivered to any of them by mistake.

Still can’t find your package after trying these steps? Reach out to us at info@hpdrx.com with your order number and explain that it did not arrive as expected. We’ll
track it down so you can get the products you ordered.

My product arrived broken or in poor shape.

We’re so sorry to hear that your products did not arrive in good condition. The shipping process can sometimes be a bit rough, but we’re here to help when things don’t go as planned. Please email us at info@hpdrx.com and include your order number along with a description of what happened and photos of the damage. We’ll send another shipment to you to make things right.

SHIPPING

Where do you ship?

We ship throughout the United States as well as internationally to dozens of countries all over the world.

Which shipping carriers do you use and how long do they take?

We ship our products via USPS. Domestic orders are sent via standard shipping. International customers may choose whether they want First Class or Priority Mail shipments. Global Express Guaranteed shipments are also available for international orders.

Orders can take up to 2 business days to be processed and packaged. Once your order is prepared for shipment, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.

Domestic orders usually take 3-5 business days to ship to their destination.

International shipping times are generally as follows:

• First Class International: 12-24 business days
• Priority Mail International: 6-10 business days
• Priority Mail Express International: 3-5 business days
• Global Express Guaranteed: 1-3 business days

How much does shipping cost?

Shipment is free on orders over $100.

International shipping rates start at $32.75 for First Class International shipments.

What are the terms and conditions I’m agreeing to when I place an international order?

By ordering from this site, you hereby authorize Wellness Holdings, LLC and/or its service providers to act as your agent to retain customs brokers and/or freight forwarders to transact customs business with all relevant customs and revenue authorities on your behalf, including, but not limited to, arranging for the importation of each commodity ordered by you, assigning Harmonized System classification codes to each commodity, accounting for duties and taxes on your behalf, and managing any dispute with such authorities regarding customs classifications, applicable duties and/or taxes. You further authorize the customs brokers and/or freight forwarders selected by Wellness Holdings, LLC to make, endorse, sign, declare, and/or swear to any customs entry, withdrawal, declaration, certificate, bill of lading, and/or any other documents required by law or regulation in connection with the importation and/or transportation of the commodity that is shipped or consigned to you or your designee for shipment out of the United States and into any other country. You understand and agree, that cost quotes are best estimates and may not always reflect the actual cost to HPD Rx. You will incur no additional charges or refunds for the difference between the quotes and the actual cost to Wellness Holdings, LLC. Wellness Holdings, LLC services are intended for merchandise that is not being delivered for resale purposes.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

What is HPD Rx’s refund policy?

At HPD Rx, we offer no hassle returns on every order. If you’d like to return a product, email us at info@hpdrx.com to request a return within 30 days of purchase. Please provide your order number and the email address associated with your order so we can issue you a pre-paid shipping label. Once we receive your return, you will be issued a full refund.

Can I return a product?

If you would like to return a product, see our refund policy FAQ above and send us an email at info@hpdrx.com to get your return request started. Please allow 5-10 business days for our team to process your return and issue your refund.

Please note that the return label fee is USD $10 for returns to the U.S., which will be deducted from your refund. If you would like to use your own return shipping method (U.S. orders only), please reference the return form on the back of your invoice for return instructions. Once filled out, pack return items in their original condition with your return form and send it to:

Returning an item with your own label is at your own risk. You must ensure that the item is adequately packaged and, at your option and cost, insured. We are not liable for damage caused by inadequate packaging by you or if the item is damaged or lost while being returned to us. Items that are damaged when we receive them will not be eligible for refund.

Does HPD Rx handle returns internationally?

Currently, we offer international returns from Canada, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, and Italy. Please reach out to us at info@hpdrx.com to get a pre-paid shipping label and the required return commercial invoice.

Please note that the return shipping fee is CAD $20 for Canadian returns, EUR €20 for French, German and Italian returns, and GBP £15 for returns from the United Kingdom.

Refunds are issued in the currency the order was originally placed in regardless of fluctuations in exchange rate. In the case of a discrepancy between the original charge and the refund, please contact us at info@hpdrx.com and we will be happy to issue you a store credit in the amount of the difference, less any shipping charges.

Upon receipt of your return, we will confirm your refund via email. Please note that taxes will be refunded along with the items you sent back, however, duties will not be refunded.

How long does it take for my refund to arrive?

A refund will be issued once we have received your returned items. Any items that are damaged when we receive them are not eligible for refund. Refunds do not include any shipping or handling charges, except in the case of faulty or damaged items.

Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used for the original transaction and will be in the amount of the product price less the return label fee if applicable. Any duties paid for orders shipped to Canada, the UK, France, Germany, or Italy will not be refunded. Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing times.

Where are HPD Rx products made?

All HPD Rx products are manufactured in the USA in an FDA registered facility that adheres to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

Are there any health risks associated with HPD Rx Active Hexose supplements?

HPD Rx supplements are formulated by physicians and rigorously tested in a clinical setting. However, individuals with allergies should always check the ingredient list to avoid any uncomfortable or dangerous reactions.

If you develop a rash from taking our Active Hexose product, it could be a sign that you’re allergic to shiitake mushrooms. A rare type of rash known as shiitake flagellate dermatitis can occur when ingesting raw or undercooked shiitake mushrooms. The rash is very distinctive, typically appearing as thin, reddish streaks across the skin within 24 hours of ingestion.

Fortunately, this condition only affects about 2% of people who consume shiitake mushrooms. If you experience this type of rash, it will resolve spontaneously once you stop taking the supplement. Consult your doctor if you have any concerns or if your rash persists. In some cases, oral antihistamines or topical corticosteroids may help the rash resolve more quickly.
