At HPD Rx, we offer no hassle returns on every order. If you’d like to return a product, email us at info@hpdrx.com to request a return within 30 days of purchase. Please provide your order number and the email address associated with your order so we can issue you a pre-paid shipping label. Once we receive your return, you will be issued a full refund.

Please note that the return label fee is USD $10 for returns to the U.S., which will be deducted from your refund. Returning an item with your own label is at your own risk. You must ensure that the item is adequately packaged and, at your option and cost, insured. We are not liable for damage caused by inadequate packaging by you or if the item is damaged or lost while being returned to us. Items that are damaged when we receive them will not be eligible for refund.
