Vitamin A & Carotenoids

According to a study published in the Journal of Epidemiology (3), supplementing with vitamin C may help support cervical health.* Currently, the Recommended Dietary Allowance (RDA) for vitamin C is 75 mg/day for women and 90 mg/day for men over the age of 19 (4).
